I am feeling a bit confused about this whole weight gain thing and need some advice. I’ve tried various diets before but never really managed to put on weight in a healthy way. Lately, I heard that oats can help with weight gain, but honestly, I’m not sure which oats is best for weight gain in india. Like, should I stick to regular oats or go for the instant ones? I've tried instant oats before but they just don’t fill me up like the old-fashioned rolled oats do. Oh, and a friend mentioned adding ghee and fruits to my oats for extra calories, but again, I’m lost on how to do this the right way. Any suggestions on which oats is best for weight gain in india? I’m looking to bulk up a bit without just stacking on unhealthy snacks. Also, do you think it’s more about the type of oats or how I prepare them?
