I am really curious about something I've been wondering for a while now. I've been hearing mixed things about beer, like, some say it can be good for health and skin — but like, which beer is good for health and skin? I noticed after having a couple of craft beers at a local brewery, my skin felt kinda smooth, and I was like, huh, is there some truth to this? Also, if anyone have advise on how much is too much or if it doesn’t really help at all — I kinda go back and forth on this!
