I am really confused about something and could use some help. I've been reading up on shilajit because I’ve been feeling just kinda low energy lately, and people keep saying it’s amazing for boosting vitality. But now I’m stuck trying to figure out which brand shilajit is best. I’ve tried a few from local health stores, but honestly, I don’t know if they're working or if it’s just my imagination. One brand tasted like dirt, and I thought, oh dear, is this what good shilajit is supposed to taste like? I also saw a lot of online options, but does anyone know if the ones you get from Amazon are legit or if they just look good on the website? I get worried about quality and if they even have the right amount of nutrients. Like, which brand shilajit is best for someone who's just seeking more energy without all those weird additives?
