I am really curious about something. I've been dealing with low energy and fatigue for a while now. A friend of mine suggested I try shilajit, saying it’s a great natural supplement. But I keep wondering, does shilajit really work? Like, does it actually help boost energy levels? I read some testimonials online, and they were mostly positive, but you know how that goes—people tend to oversell things. So last week I got some and started taking it, but honestly, I’m not feeling any different yet. I’ve been having issues like brain fog too, which is super frustrating. Should I give it more time, or is there any specific way to take shilajit to make it work better? My diet isn't the worst, but I've also got some anxiety that creeps in, and I’ve heard that can affect how suplements work too. I just don’t know, does shilajit really work for energy, or am I just wasting my time? Any thoughts or experiences would be awesome!
