I am really confused about my diet lately. I started trying to eat healthier, but then I heard something that got me worried. Can egg and curd be eaten together? Like, I’ve been having omelets for breakfast almost every day and adding a little yogurt on the side, thinking it’s a good way to get protein. But then my friend said mixing egg and curd could lead to some stomach issues. Ugh, I don’t want that!
