I am really confused about how to consume tulsi leaves properly. I've heard that they can be super beneficial, but I'm not exactly sure how to incorporate them into my diet. A few weeks ago, I started feeling kinda run down, and I thought, maybe it would help to try some natural remedies. I did some research and kept coming across tulsi leaves—everyone seems to rave about their health benefits! I tried just chewing a couple of leaves, but honestly, the taste was pretty strong and not so awesome. Then, I thought about making tea, but like, how many leaves do I need? Should I be eating them raw or is the tea better? I found a bunch of recipes but they all seem a bit complicated. Can someone help me with some simple ways to enjoy tulsi leaves, like, really?
