I am really struggling to get enough protein in my diet lately! I’ve been trying to switch to more plant-based options, and I heard that soya chunks are super high in protein. But, like, how much protein is there in 100 grams of soya chunks? I read somewhere it’s a lot, but when I tried to look up the exact amount, it seemed to vary—some sites said 50 grams and others mentioned only 30 grams. It’s confusing!!! Last week, I started incorporating soya chunks into my meals, thinking it would be an easy way to boost protein, but now I’m doubting if I'm even getting what I thought I was. I made a stir-fry with 100 grams but I'm not sure how much protein that really gave me. If I’m aiming for a certain daily intake, this info would be super helpful. Any input on how much protein is there in 100 grams of soya chunks would be really appreciated! Stressing over these numbers is stressing me out!
