I am really curious about something that’s been bothering me lately. A few weeks ago, I started adding anjeer to my diet because I heard it's packed with nutrients and good for digestion. But now I'm wondering, does anjeer increase weight? I mean, I love the taste but noticed that I might be gaining a few extra pounds since I've been snacking on it daily. Just a few days back, I weighed myself, and it threw me off a bit. I’ve been pretty active too, doing my regular workouts, but the scale just doesn't budge! I can't help but think, could it be because of the anjeer? I read somewhere that it's rich in sugar and calories, so does anjeer increase weight? Have I overdone it? Not sure if I should cut back or just balance it out with more workouts. If anjeer isn’t the issue, maybe I'm just overthinking this. Really looking for your thoughts, anyone else feel this way??

2. Enhance Agni with Spices: Boost your digestive fire (agni) using spices like ginger or cumin in your meals. These help metabolize nutrients effectively, minimizing excess weight gain concerns.

3. Align with Your Dosha: If your constitution tends towards Kapha dosha, which may be more prone to gaining weight, focus on a warm, light diet with more astringent, bitter, and pungent flavors — they support balance and help regulate weight. For Vata and Pitta, include wholesome, grounding meals with less anjeer if needed.

4. Timing and Variety: Eat anjeer in the morning when digestive capacity is generally stronger. Pair it with a variety of fresh, whole foods to keep nutrition balanced.

5. Observation and Adjustment: Regularly monitor your body’s responses and adjust accordingly. If weight change is consistent despite these measures, it might warrant a closer look at other dietary or lifestyle factors.
