Your concerns seem to point towards a vata imbalance, often characterized by weight loss, poor digestion, and nervousness or stress. In Ayurveda, it’s essential to strengthen your digestive fire (agni), as it’s crucial for nutrition absorption and overall vitality. Let's address this step by step. Firstly, considering your digestive system is weak, your diet should be easy on digestion. Start your day with warm water mixed with ginger, this can ignite your digestive agni. Ginger has properties to enhance digestion and increase your metabolism. For your diet, consume more cooked vegetables like sweet potato, carrots, and beets which are grounding and nourishing for vata. Include whole grains like rice and quinoa that are easy to digest. Incorporate healthy fats such as ghee and sesame oil which can help in nourishing tissues and aid in weight gain. Eat smaller, more frequent meals to avoid overwhelming your digestion. Avoid raw veggies, iced drinks, and processed foods as these can aggravate vata and weaken digestion further. On the herbal side, Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen that can help reduce stress, increase strength and weight. You might find it in supplement form from reputable brands like Himalaya or Organic India. Take this in consultation with a healthcare provider as it's important to get the right dosage. For the issue of white discharge, herbs like Shatavari might be beneficial. It supports women's health and balances hormones. You can consume Shatavari powder with warm milk daily. Regarding leg pain, ensure you're getting enough calcium and vitamin D in your diet. Sunlight exposure and foods like dairy products might help. As for thyroid concerns, having it checked again might be a good idea, considering your symptoms. Lastly, practice pranayama and meditation daily to manage stress. Breathing exercises like deep belly breathing can help calm vata imbalances. Remember, consistency is key in Ayurveda, the changes take time but have lasting impacts. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult with a health professional for further testing or treatments.

Hello, You have to focus on 2 aspects here. Addressing anxiety and improving digestion: 1. Start practicing praanayama every day 2 times, each time for 15 minutes For digestion: Start with chittalaru vati 1---1---1 after food for 15 days. Then switch to: 1. Vidaryadi lehyam 1 tsp with warm milk in the morning 2. Ashwagandharishta+balakrishna 10ml+10ml after breakfast and after dinner For 90 days. These will take care of weight gain also. Take care. Kind Regards.
