I am trying to lose some weight and I heard about this dish called poha. Friends keep saying it’s healthy and good for weight loss, but I'm not sure. Last week, I tried some and loved it, but now I’m wondering, *can I eat poha for weight loss* and still see results? I mean, I usually have it for breakfast and it fills me up.
