I am really curious if buffalo ghee is good for health, guys. Lately, I’ve been trying to shift towards more natural foods, ya know? My friend raves about buffalo ghee, saying it’s a superfood and great for digestion or whatever, but I can’t help but feel a bit skeptical. Like, I’ve always thought of ghee as just fat, right? After switching my diet, I noticed some digestion issues. I read that buffalo ghee can help with that, but I'm not sure if it's too heavy for my stomach? I tried it last week, and honestly, I liked the taste, but then I felt kinda sluggish the next day. Is buffalo ghee really good for health in the long run? I mean, is it all hype or do the benefits actually stick? Should I be using it every day or just once in a while? Any of you noticed changes after adding it to your meals? Need real-life insights, not just the theory! Thanks!
