I am trying to figure out how to eat curd for weight gain. Recently, I moved out to a new city and oh man, it's been a challenge! Cooking is not my strongest suit, and I keep forgetting to eat enough throughout the day. I’ve lost a bit of weight lately and really want to change that. Someone mentioned that eating curd could help, but like, I have no idea how to eat curd for weight gain effectively. I've tried adding it to my meals, and sometimes just eat it plain, but not sure if that’s enough. A friend said I should mix it with fruits or nuts, but I feel a bit lost. Also, do I need to focus on certain times of the day for eating curd for weight gain or are there better ways to incorporate it into my diet? I read somewhere about different types of curd too, like homemade vs. store-bought, and if that makes a difference. Just figuring out how to eat curd for weight gain feels kinda overwhelming with everything else going on! Any tips or suggestions would be amazing. Thanks, everyone!
