which khadi oil is best for hair growth - #25309
I am really struggling to find the right khadi oil for hair growth. My hair has been thinning out a lot lately, and honestly, it feels pretty discouraging. A friend recommended khadi oils and said they worked wonders for her, but now I’m stuck trying to figure out which khadi oil is best for hair growth. I mean, there are so many options out there! I tried a couple last month, one was an herbal blend and another was something with amla but I didn't notice much difference, if any, to be honest. 😕 I heard that some specific oils have different benefits, but I don't wanna keep wasting money on stuff that doesn’t work. Also, should I be using it daily or just a few times a week? I sometimes feel like I’m overthinking it, haha. Has anyone found one that really changed the game for them? Like, which khadi oil did u use? Any tips would help a lot!

Doctors’ responses
Choosing the right Khadi oil for hair growth can indeed be overwhelming given the variety available. For thinning hair, you might want to focus on oils renowned for stimulating hair growth and strengthening the hair follicles. Specifically, Bhringraj Oil from Khadi Naturals is often praised for promoting hair growth, preventing premature greying, and improving overall hair texture. Bhringraj, as per Ayurvedic texts, is a powerful herb for nourishing the scalp and hair roots, which is why it’s often referred to as the ‘king of herbs’ for hair.
Another excellent choice could be Khadi Amla and Bhringraj Hair Oil. Amla is rich in Vitamin C, great for boosting hair growth, strengthening hair shaft, and adding a healthy shine. This combination utilizes the power of both Bhringraj and Amla, offering a robust blend that combats hair thinning and improves scalp health.
When using these oils, consistency is key. Apply the oil gently on your scalp and massage with your fingertips in a circular motion to boost blood circulation, which aids in the absorption of oils’ nutrients. Ideally, using the oil 2 to 3 times a week should be sufficient. Leave the oil for at least 2 hours or overnight for deeper penetration before washing it off with a gentle shampoo.
Apart from oiling, pay attention to your diet, as it plays a crucial role in hair health. Include foods rich in iron, zinc, biotin, and omega-3 fatty acids, like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and fish.
Finally, ensure you’re managing stress well because stress can significantly contribute to hair fall. Techniques such as yoga, meditation, or even simple breathing exercises can have a positive impact.
Should your hair thinning persist or worsen, consider visiting a health professional to rule out any underlying health issues.
