Based on your description, it seems like the menstrual phase is somewhat shorter than average, combined with the bright red color. This can sometimes be linked to an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas, affecting circulation and hormonal activity. In Ayurveda, enhancing your Agni (digestive fire) and balancing Vata and Pitta may support a healthier flow. First, consider your diet. Having a warm, nourishing diet can help. Ensure that you include ghee in your meals, as it is calming for Vata and supportive of digestion. Foods like root vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains, such as quinoa and rice, can be beneficial. Avoid excessively spicy, fried, or overly acidic foods that might aggravate Pitta. For improving hormonal balance, try an herbal approach with Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). It's known to support the female reproductive system. Taking a Shatavari supplement or decoction once daily in warm water or milk can be supportive. Regular lifestyle routines also play a crucial role. Establish a consistent daily routine; wake up and go to bed, ideally by 10pm. Allow time for adequate rest and ensure you engage in regular, gentle exercise, such as yoga or walking. Addressing stress is essential, as stress can disrupt the menstrual cycle. Practicing meditation, deep breathing, or mindfulness can help calm the mind and regulate hormones. Hydration should not be overlooked. Lukewarm water or herbal teas like fennel or chamomile can support digestion and help alleviate PMS symptoms like bloating. Finally, keep in mind any contraindications for your current health condition or medications you might be taking before making significant changes or introducing new supplements or herbs, speaking with a healthcare professional could be beneficial. Remember, the journey to a balanced menstrual cycle and hormones is unique, and might take some time to notice changes.

Hemoglobin and TSH are normal. I will do t3 and t4 test in coming months. I have triphala powder, is it ok to take powder in warm water at night or should take tablet only . Is there any replacement for mensokot tab, I live out of india and may not find it. Also is ashokariahta same as dashmoolariahta?
Thriphala powder is totally fine, you can have 1tsp with ½glass of warm water. EVECARE tablet(Himalaya) ,will you get this? (You can have in the same dose) *Ashokarishtam and Dasamoolarishtam are totally different, the first one has the property of female hormonal regulation too.But of you didn't have the option to get Ashokarishtam please do have Dasamoolarishtam because it has the property of VATA ANULOMANA , due to which it can also helps your problem to a limit .
