I am really confused about something with my hair! For the past year, I’ve noticed my hair getting a lot of gray, and honestly, it’s making me feel old. I read somewhere that amla can help with hair color, but does amla make hair black? Like, do I need to apply it directly or is there a way to use it in my daily routine? I've tried several things like henna, but it didn't work the way I wanted. Now, I've been looking into becoming more natural, and I stumbled across amla. I have friends who swear by it, saying it’s their secret sauce for thick and dark hair! But, I’m skeptical. Would just eating raw amla help me get back to my original hair color?? I mean, do I need to use powders, juices or oils? And how long does it take to see any visible results? I’m ready for some change, but I dont want to waste my time or money on something that won't work! Any tips would be great!
