I am feeling really overwhelmed lately. A couple of months ago, I started using this AVP Iq Shakti supplement because I heard it could help with focus and energy. Honestly, I’ve been dealing with this brain fog that just won't go away. I mean, it's like I’ll have days when I can't concentrate on anything, and then it’s super frustrating. I've tried a few other things, but nothing seemed to work as much. I thought maybe the AVP Iq Shakti was helping a bit at first, but now I'm not so sure! Some days I feel more alert, but then the next day I crash again. Is this normal? Should I be concerned about it not being consistent? I also have this strange feeling sometimes, like my energy is just fluctuating up and down, which is super annoying when trying to get work done. Should I stick with the AVP Iq Shakti, or is there a better way to manage this? Maybe I need to adjust my dosages or something? I just want to feel like my own self again.
