I am struggling a bit here. My mom recently started using AVP Lingavardhana Thailam for her knee pain, which has been really bad since she fell last year. She noticed some improvement at first, but now it feels like it’s plateaued, and I’m getting worried. She’s been really consistent applying it twice a day, but I’m not sure if it’s working as it should. She's 65, and the knee joint isn’t exactly the same anymore, you know? We’ve tried other things like warm compresses and even some basic exercises recommended by her doc, but nothing really sticks.
