AVP Lingavardhana Thailam - #29596
I am struggling a bit here. My mom recently started using AVP Lingavardhana Thailam for her knee pain, which has been really bad since she fell last year. She noticed some improvement at first, but now it feels like it’s plateaued, and I’m getting worried. She’s been really consistent applying it twice a day, but I’m not sure if it’s working as it should. She's 65, and the knee joint isn’t exactly the same anymore, you know? We’ve tried other things like warm compresses and even some basic exercises recommended by her doc, but nothing really sticks. We even looked at her dietary habits, changing up a few things to hopefully make it work better with the AVP Lingavardhana Thailam, but that hasn't helped much either. Is there something we might be missing? Like dosage or how long it’s safe to use? Do we need to combine it with something else? I feel like I should know more since it seems to help so many people, and I just want her to feel better. Should we explore other Ayurvedic options or keep pushing with this?
