I am really confused and kinda worried about my digestion lately. For months now, I’ve been feeling super bloated and gassy, like all the time. This issue kinda started after I got back from a trip where my diet was really off, you know? I thought it would go away, but here we are. I've tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing really works. Then I came across S N Pandit Triphala Grita and thought it might help me out. I’ve read that Triphala is good for digestion, but I’m not sure how Grita fits in? I mean, is it just the same stuff but made into a ghee, or is there something special about S N Pandit Triphala Grita? I also read that it can help with detoxification? I just really want to feel normal again! It’s so annoying to always feel heavy after eating. Has anyone had experience with S N Pandit Triphala Grita? Did it help you? How long does it usually take to notice a difference? I’m kinda scared to try new things after my last attempt with those over-the-counter remedies just made things worse. Any advice would be great! Thanks!
