I am really confused about this whole SNA Paarthaarishtam thing. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super weak and tired all the time like, no energy to do anything, even my daily walks which I usually love. It’s like, as soon as I wake up, I feel like I haven’t slept at all. My friend who practices Ayurveda suggested I try SNA Paarthaarishtam, saying it’s great for boosting energy, but I honestly don't know if it's really suitable for me.
