I am really struggling with some digestion issues lately and feel like I’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work. A few months ago, I started experiencing bloating and discomfort after every meal. I went to a doc and they suggested some over-the-counter stuff that really did not do anything. I’ve also been feeling kinda tired and sluggish, which honestly freaks me out a bit. I came across this Ayurveda thing, and specifically, I heard about Everest Vasarishta. Has anyone used that? I’ve been worried about how if I keep eating like this, it might affect my overall health. I'm not a big fan of popping pills, so something natural like Everest Vasarishta sounds appealing.
