I had high bp issue in the past which is under control now, can atibala powder can help me.

The symptoms you’re experiencing suggest an imbalance in your vata and pitta doshas, typical of dryness, weakness, and irritability, alongside that feeling of internal heat and sweating. Your sedentary lifestyle exacerbates these imbalances, potentially contributing to both muscle weakness and mood disturbances. First, let’s discuss atibala (Abutilon indicum), known for its vata and pitta pacifying properties. The typical dosage of atibala powder is around 1-2 grams taken with warm water after meals. Start with the lower dose once a day and gradually increase as you observe how your body reacts. It’s generally safe, but should be adapted to individual body response.

For the dryness and weakness post-intercourse, nourish your body with a balanced diet rich in ghee, as it’s beneficial in balancing vata and pitta. Consume a teaspoon of ghee with warm milk before bed. Furthermore, focus on having more fiber-rich foods like cooked vegetables, soups, and whole grains to combat bloating and regulate your digestive fire (agni).

Introducing a consistent, low-intensity exercise routine is essential: yoga or brisk walking for 30 minutes a day can effectively help in managing body fat and overall energy levels. This will also aid in maintaining muscle tone and releasing feel-good endorphins to counter mood swings.

Herbal tea with ingredients like coriander, fennel, and cumin can be soothing for pitta issues like excess heat and sweating. Boil 1 tsp of each in a cup of water, let it steep for 10 minutes, and drink it once or twice daily.

Lastly, engage in daily oil massage (abhyanga) using sesame oil before your shower; this can significantly reduce dryness, strengthen muscles, and ease stress. Remember, if any serious symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice immediately.

Your symptoms suggest an imbalance in your Pitta dosha, which often manifests as excessive heat, sweating, and irritability. This, along with your bloating and gas troubles, indicates that your digestive fire, or agni, might need balancing. Atibala (Abutilon indicum) could be supportive, but it’s essential to address these root imbalances and not just the symptoms.

To safely incorporate Atibala, consider using it as a powdered supplement. Start with a small amount, about 1-2 grams daily, mixed with warm water or milk. Consume this once in the early morning before breakfast. Atibala is known for its nourishing and strengthening properties which may aid your muscle weakness and general fatigue. It’s important, though, to adjust dosage as per your body’s response.

In conjunction with this, focus on your diet by cooling and hydrating foods. Emphasize foods like cucumber, melon, coconut water, and aloe vera juice to combat the body’s internal dryness and heat. Try to avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods that may aggravate Pitta further.

Adding a few drops of sesame oil to your diet or massaging it onto your skin might help with the dryness you feel after intercourse. It also helps in calming down the mind and reducing mood swings.

Incorporate some mild yoga or stretching exercises to improve circulation and support your sedentary lifestyle. Breathing exercises and meditation daily may assist with the mood swings and further balance the mind and body.

Hydration is also key, so ensure you’re drinking ample water throughout the day. Conditions like chronic dryness can signal deeper health concerns, so please consult with a health professional to ensure there’s nothing more serious needing immediate attention. Getting regular sleep, engaging in calming practices, and maintaining a balanced diet and routine can gradually help restore harmony to your system.
