I am feeling kinda lost right now and really need some guidance. For the past few months, I've been dealing with this weird digestive issue that just won't go away. My stomach feels bloated and heavy all the time, and I’ve tried everything! I read about the Dhootapapeshwar Ichchhabhedi Rasa and thought maybe it could help me, but I mean there's just sooo much info online, it’s hard to know what's good and what isn’t. A friend mentioned that Dhootapapeshwar Ichchhabhedi Rasa really worked for her when she had similar issues, but I also heard it can be too strong for some people? I feel like I've tried all the natural remedies—ginger tea, probiotics, even some ayurvedic oils, but nothing seems to do the trick.
