I am really not sure where to turn here! A few months ago, I started dealing with some serious digestive issues, like bloating, gas, and a weird feeling in my stomach after I eat. It got so bad that I tried over-the-counter meds, but nothing worked! A friend mentioned Everest Balarishta and said it's great for digestion, but I’m a bit hesitant. I mean, can it really help with issues like mine? I read somewhere that it’s a good digestive tonic, but I don’t know much about this stuff. There are sooo many choices out there!
