According to Ayurveda, your symptoms are related to vitiation of pitta and vata doshas, with mildly involvement of kapha

1) HAIRFALL= dosha imbalance vata + pitta =vata causes dryness, pitta burns hair roots. weak nourishment to Asthi dhatu (bone tissue) affects hair since it’s a by-prodcut of bone tissue

2) PREMATURE GREYING= pitta =excess internal heat (pitta) destroys melanin- producing cells, leading to early whitening of hair

You are noticing hair fall, early greying, and acne — and it can feel frustrating, but the good news is that these are signs your body is asking for nourishment and balance, not a permanent problem.

Excess heat (Pitta) in your body can damage hair pigment and inflame skin → leading to early greying and pimples. Weak digestion (Agni) means your food isn’t fully converted into nutrients for hair and skin. Tissue weakness (Dhatu Kshaya) makes hair roots fragile and skin dull. Even from a modern perspective, low Vitamin B12 can weaken hair roots and cause early greying, and low Vitamin D can slow hair growth and worsen acne.
