Yes you can add Add 1 capsule at night with warm milk Along with that take Avipattikara churna 1/2-0-1/2 tsp before meals with water You can use Keshkanthi taila and Dabur rosemary oil Amlaki rasayana 1 tsp with warm water

Adding Ashwagandha to your daily routine can indeed be beneficial for recovery and stamina. It’s known to boost energy levels, support adrenal health, and reduce stress, all crucial for body transformation. You can start with one Ashwagandha tablet daily after breakfast or lunch. Monitor how your body responds, and it’s advisable to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure the dosage aligns with your body constitution and doesn’t interfere with other supplements you’re taking like Gashar churna and Triphala.

For your gut issues such as gas and acidity, you’re on the right track. Patanjali’s Gashar churna and Triphala are both known to support digestion.
