TB se wo gewicht loss jo ho gaya hai uska recovery ayurveda mein sambhav hai parantu dhyan rahe ki process thoda timing le sakta hai. Prathmik roop se, apke agni ko majboot karna bahut zaroori hai kyunki majboot agni se hi nutritive absorption behtar hota hai. Agni deepan karne ke liye ap Anupan ke roop me trikatu churna le sakte hain, iska matra ek chhoti chamach gharitam ke saath pratidin subah khali pet lena uchit hoga.

Poshak dhatus ko majbooti dene ke liye, ashwagandha churna labhdayak ho sakta hai. Iska ek chamach doodh ke saath raat ko sonese pehle le. Yadi doodh suite nahi karta to ise gaye ke doodh me bhi le sakte hain, lekin, gaye ka doodh garam kar ke le taki wo pache fast ho. Dahi hue doodh se bache, kyonki ye kapha ko asantulit kar sakta hai aur TB ke patients me suits nahi karta.
