I havefacial hair on my lip up part like a moustache but I am girl. And also by face is about dull. There is a black fully appear by lips upper lips. I watch remedy for it and also I want my skin to look flawless and also bright

Facial hair and dull skin can often be attributed to underlying imbalances in the body that Ayurveda can help address. For facial hair, particularly on the upper lip, an imbalance in hormones or high levels of androgen can be a contributing factor. Begin by incorporating spearmint tea into your routine as it may help in balancing some hormone levels. Drink a cup twice a day for 3-4 weeks and observe any changes.

For the dark discoloration, turmeric offers great natural remedy due to its anti-inflammatory and skin-lightening properties. Make a paste with turmeric powder and milk, applying it to the affected area for about 15 minutes before washing off with warm water. Practice this twice a week to lighten the skin gradually but consistently.

To combat dullness and bring brightness, adjust your diet to be more favoring of ‘satvic’ foods like fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Incorporate plenty of hydrating fruits like cucumbers and watermelon. Also, focus on boosting your digestive fire or ‘agni’ since proper digestion affects skin health. Start your day with warm water and a slice of lemon, consuming it on an empty stomach to aid digestion.

A simple honey and lemon mask, applied thrice a week, can enhance your skin’s glow. Mix one teaspoon of honey with a few drops of fresh lemon juice, leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing. Ensure to moisturize well afterwards as lemon may leave some dryness.

Lastly, regular practice of yoga and pranayama such as Anulom Vilom can help balance bodily energies and improve overall complexion. Remember consistency is key in ayurvedic practices. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with two teaspoons of chickpea flour and a dash of water to form a paste. Apply it gently on the affected area, leave it for around 20 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water. This can be done 2-3 times a week.

For the dullness and blackness on the upper lip, it often relates to an imbalance of the agni (digestive fire) leading to toxin buildup, or ama. Adopt a diet that aids digestion, emphasizing warm, cooked foods and spices like ginger, cumin, and fennel. Avoid heavy, oily, and overly processed foods. Begin your day with a glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon to ignite agni and eliminate toxins.

Internally, the application of aloe vera gel mixed with saffron can help with the pigmentation concern. Apply this mixture to your face every evening, letting it sit for 20 minutes before washing with warm water.

For improved skin brightness and texture, incorporate a weekly face mask using sandalwood powder and rose water. Mix equal parts sandalwood powder with rose water to form a paste. Apply on the face, leave it for 15 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Consistency can subtly enhance your skin over time.

Proper hydration and regular pranayama (breathing exercises) can also aid in maintaining overall skin health. If there’s worsening or no improvement, consulting with a professional is recommended, as the underlying causes can greatly vary.
