✅INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Nisha Amalaki Churna – ½ tsp twice daily before meals with warm water. (Balances blood sugar, detoxifies the liver, and brightens complexion)

2. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food (Acts as a natural antibiotic, reduces infection and inflammation in urinary-genital tract.)

3. Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food (Improves urine flow, relieves burning and swelling.)

4. Triphala Guggulu – 2 tablets at night. (Aids wound healing and balances Pitta-Kapha in affected tissues.)

✅LOCAL TREATMENT

Proper local hygiene and external care are equally important for preventing reinfection.

Cleansing: Wash the area gently twice daily with lukewarm Triphala decoction or Neem leaf water. Avoid soaps, chemical cleansers, or antiseptic creams that dry the area.

Triphala decoction or aloe vera juice in the morning to cleanse bowels. Bottle gourd soup, ridge gourd curry, and green moong dal — light yet nourishing.

Sugary, fried, sour, or heavy foods (curd at night, cheese, paneer). Excess salt, spicy dishes, alcohol, and bakery foods. Long gaps between meals and daytime sleeping.

Hydration: Drink lukewarm water throughout the day to flush toxins and maintain kidney health.

✅LIFESTYLE AND YOGA RECOMMENDATION

Maintain proper hygiene and keep the genital area dry. Practice light physical activity — walking or yoga for 30–45 minutes daily. Perform Anulom Vilom and Kapalabhati pranayama for improving metabolism and insulin response. Sleep early and avoid mental stress or anger — both increase Pitta and worsen inflammation.

Balanitis means inflammation or irritation of the glans penis It may also involve the foreskin- in which case it’s called balaoposthitis

You might experience -redness, soreness, or swelling of the glans -itching burning or mild pain -white patches or discharge -tightness of the foreskin

WHY IT HAPPENS IN DIABETES Even though your blood sugar is “well-controlled”, diabetes have -higher sugar in urine and sweat-> feeds yeast (especially Candida albicans) -lower local immunity-> infections heal slower -dry skin and reduced circulation-> cracks allow microbes to gorow

This, balanits can become chronic or recurrent

In Ayurveda, this resembles “Shukra shotha” (inflammation of reproductive tissue) or “Upadamsha” caused by an imbalance of pitta (heat/inflammatio) and kapha (moisture/mucus)

-PITTA AGGRAVATION= burning, redness, inflammation -KAPHA AGGRAVATION=swelling, discharge, itching -Digestive fire= weak->toxins (ama) accumulate -madhumeha (diabetes)-> vitiated kapha and vata dosha, poor tissue nourishment

TREATMENT GOALS -reduce local inflammation and infection -restore tissue health and moisture balance -support immuity and blood sugar balance -prevent recurrence through hygiene, diet and immunity support

INTERNAL TREATMENT

1) TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water for 8 weeks =gentle detoxifier, cleanses gut and blood

2) NIMBA CAPSULES= 500mg twice daily after meals for 6 weeks =natural antibacterial and antifungal

3) GUDMAR CAPSULES= 1 cap twice daily before meals =helps regulate blood sugar

4) HARIDRA KHANDA= 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk for 12 weeks = anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant

ಆಂತರಿಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ

1) ತ್ರಿಫಲ ಚೂರ್ಣ= ಮಲಗುವ ಮುನ್ನ 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ 8 ವಾರಗಳವರೆಗೆ =ಸೌಮ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಿಶೀಕರಣ, ಕರುಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ

2) ನಿಂಬಾ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸುಲ್‌ಗಳು= 6 ವಾರಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಊಟದ ನಂತರ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ 500 ಮಿಗ್ರಾಂ =ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಜೀವಿರೋಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರನಾಶಕ

3) ಗುಡ್ಮಾರ್ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸುಲ್‌ಗಳು= ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ 1 ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ =ರಕ್ತದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ

4) ಹರಿದ್ರ ಖಾಂಡಾ= 12 ವಾರಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ಹಾಲಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ = ಉರಿಯೂತ ನಿವಾರಕ, ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರ ನಿವಾರಕ, ಉತ್ಕರ್ಷಣ ನಿರೋಧಕ

5) ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ರಭಾ ವತಿ= 8 ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಊಟದ ನಂತರ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ 1 ಟ್ಯಾಬ್ =ಮೂತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತಾನೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ

6) ಗೋಕ್ಷುರಡಿ ಗುಗ್ಗುಲು= 8 ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಊಟದ ನಂತರ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ 2 ಟ್ಯಾಬ್ =ಉರಿಯೂತವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಂಗಾಂಶ ಗುಣಪಡಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುತ್ತದೆ

ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ

1) ಬೇವಿನ ಕಷಾಯ= 500 ಮಿಲಿ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 10-15 ಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕುದಿಸಿ-> ತಣ್ಣಗಾಗಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ -> ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ತೊಳೆಯಿರಿ =ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರ ನಿವಾರಕ, ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ

2) ಅರಿಶಿನ ನೀರಿನ ತೊಳೆಯುವಿಕೆ= 250 ಮಿಲಿ ಉಗುರು ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 1/2 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ =ಆಹಾರ ನಿವಾರಕ

3) ಜಾತಿಯಡಿ ತೈಲ= ತೊಳೆದು ಒಣಗಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಕೆಲವು ಹನಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿ =ಗುಣಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ಉರಿಯೂತ ನಿವಾರಕ, ನಯಗೊಳಿಸುವಿಕೆ

4) ಅಲೋ ವೆರಾ ಜೆಲ್= ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ತೆಳುವಾದ ಪದರವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿ = ತಂಪಾಗಿಸುವುದು, ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ
