I am really curious about something. Lately, I’ve been dealing with some skin issues – like dryness and dullness, which just honestly makes me feel kinda blah. A friend suggested I try sugarcane juice, and now I'm wondering, is sugarcane juice good for skin? I mean, I’ve heard all these benefits about it. Last week, I actually bought a bottle of fresh sugarcane juice from a local market, and it was soooo sweet! I thought maybe drinking it could help. But then I read somewhere that it can also be applied directly to the skin. I dunno, is that a thing? Like, do people actually put sugarcane juice on their face? My skin's been acting up since I changed my skincare routine a few months back, and I’m just desperate for something to work! I do try to eat healthy and drink water, but is sugarcane juice good for skin enough to make a difference? Would it be better to drink it or use it topically, or both maybe? Anyone have any personal experiences or suggestions? Thanks a ton! 😊
