Namaste I completely understand your concern — having persistent gas, bloating, and heaviness due to Fatty Liver (Grade-1) can be very uncomfortable. But dont worry we are here to help you out😊

✅ AYURVEDIC TREATMENT PLAN

1. Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food with lukewarm water (Balances Pitta and Kapha, enhances liver function, detoxifies Ama, and improves fat metabolism.)

2. Punarnavadi Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food (Reduces inflammation and fluid retention, supports healthy liver function, and improves digestion.)

3. Avipattikar Churna – ½ teaspoon at bedtime with lukewarm water (Relieves acidity, gas, and bloating; acts as a mild laxative to clear the bowel.)

4. Liv 52 DS – 1-0-1 twice daily before food (Protects liver cells, improves bile flow, and helps in the regeneration of liver tissue.)

5. (Optional if constipation is severe)

Triphala Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime Promotes natural bowel movement, removes accumulated toxins, and supports digestion.

✅ DIET MODIFICATION

✅ Include

Morning: Warm water with lemon or Aloe Vera juice. Lunch: Moong dal khichdi, lauki, tori, pumpkin, spinach, or ridge gourd. Dinner: Light and early — vegetable soup, steamed vegetables, or dal rice. Healthy fats: Small quantity of ghee helps improve liver metabolism. Spices: Cumin, coriander, fennel, black pepper, ajwain — help relieve gas and bloating. Herbal teas with tulsi, amla, or ginger for better digestion. Take small frequent meals; avoid overeating.

❌ Avoid

Fried, oily, or spicy foods Bakery and processed food, sugar, and maida Alcohol, soft drinks, and excessive caffeine Late-night meals or sleeping immediately after food Daytime sleeping (dinanidra)

✅ LIFESTYLE & YOGA RECOMMENDATIONS

Physical activity: Brisk walk or light exercise for 30–40 minutes daily to improve metabolism. Yoga: Practice Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Surya Namaskar, and Pavanmuktasana — beneficial for liver detoxification and digestion. Stress management: Meditation and deep breathing to reduce cortisol levels which affect liver metabolism. Sleep: Go to bed before 10 p.m. and wake up early; good sleep helps natural liver regeneration. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Weekly warm oil massage (using sesame or dhanwantaram taila) helps remove toxins and improves circulation.

There will be Gradual improvement in liver function parameters and reversal of fatty changes with consistent care in 2–3 months.

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab. Bhringraj 2-0-2 Tab. Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Follow up after 12weeks.

Fatty liver aur pachan sambandhi samasyaein sahi kese karen, yeh ek sawal hai jo mein samjh sakta hun ki aapko pareshan kar raha hoga. Ayurveda ke anusaar, fatty liver ko imbalance of Kapha dosha aur Mandagni se joda ja sakta hai, jo pik (bile), Rakta (blood) aur Meda (fat) dhatu par asar dalta hai.

Aapka pehla kadam hona chahiye ki apni ahar aur lifestyle par focus kijiye. Apni diet mein se tel, ghee aur meetha khana reduce karen aur raw aur processed food se door rahein. Adrak (ginger), Kali mirch (black pepper), aur haldi (turmeric) ka sevan pachadharo coffee ki jagah apke daily routine mein shamil karen - yeh agni ko prabal karte hain aur liver function ko sudharate hain.

Din ka shuruwaat garam pani aur adrak ke saath karein, yeh aapke digestive system ko encourage karta hai. Choti-choti meals regularly le aur jitna ho sake chewed properly karein, jisse ki appkan proper digestion aur absorption ho sake. Papaya aur ananas (pineapple) jaise fal bhi madadgaar hote hain liver ko detoxify karne aur digestion ko better banane mein.

Yoga aur pranayama se bhi labh milta hai. Particularly, Agnisar kriya aur Kapalbhati pranayama faydemand ho sakta hai for enhancing metabolic rate aur liver health. Vigayasan (vijrasana), left lateral position mein baithna bhi pachan shakti ko badhata hai.

Agar samasya bahut jyada ho ya uncha weight se connectivity lage, to sumuhachna hoga ki aap kahi higher degree ke doctor se sambandh kare, jo jyada tani aur diagnostic methods fatafat de sakte hain.
