Stress management: Meditation and deep breathing to reduce cortisol levels which affect liver metabolism. Sleep: Go to bed before 10 p.m. and wake up early; good sleep helps natural liver regeneration. Fatty liver aur pachan sambandhi samasyaein sahi kese karen, yeh ek sawal hai jo mein samjh sakta hun ki aapko pareshan kar raha hoga. Ayurveda ke anusaar, fatty liver ko imbalance of Kapha dosha aur Mandagni se joda ja sakta hai, jo pik (bile), Rakta (blood) aur Meda (fat) dhatu par asar dalta hai.

Aapka pehla kadam hona chahiye ki apni ahar aur lifestyle par focus kijiye. Apni diet mein se tel, ghee aur meetha khana reduce karen aur raw aur processed food se door rahein. Adrak (ginger), Kali mirch (black pepper), aur haldi (turmeric) ka sevan pachadharo coffee ki jagah apke daily routine mein shamil karen - yeh agni ko prabal karte hain aur liver function ko sudharate hain.

Din ka shuruwaat garam pani aur adrak ke saath karein, yeh aapke digestive system ko encourage karta hai. Choti-choti meals regularly le aur jitna ho sake chewed properly karein, jisse ki appkan proper digestion aur absorption ho sake. Papaya aur ananas (pineapple) jaise fal bhi madadgaar hote hain liver ko detoxify karne aur digestion ko better banane mein.

I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth.
