Addressing multiple and complex health conditions like yours through Ayurveda requires a multi-faceted understanding of your dosha imbalances and prakriti. Let’s take a tailored approach based on your described symptoms.

For scoliosis, non-invasive Ayurvedic therapies like Manya Basti and Kati Basti, where warm medicated oils such as Maha Narayana oil is applied to localized areas, could assist in pain relief and muscle relaxation. Regular gentle exercises — such as yoga with a focus on postures like Marjariasana or Balasana — may help enhance flexibility and strengthen the spine gradually. Keep in mind that severe scoliosis should always be monitored by an orthopedist.

Regarding gallstones, Ayurvedic treatment often involves a focus on restoring balance to the liver and gallbladder’s functioning. A diet favoring Pitta pacification would be beneficial: reduce spicy foods, caffeine, and high-fat diets. Home remedies like a daily intake of 5-10 ml aloe vera juice or 2 tsp of turmeric powder (curcumin) in warm water could aid in reducing gallstone symptoms. However, monitor these closely with medical advice since gallstones sometimes require more invasive interventions.

PCOS and rheumatoid arthritis, both share the theme of inflammation, and managing Vata-Kapha dosha is critical. Having warm, cooked meals with digestive spices such as cumin, coriander, and fennel assists in balancing agni. Include dry ginger (Shunthi) in your daily regimen. Ashwagandha may help regulate stress and inflammation, while Shatavari is beneficial for hormonal balance in PCOS.

To ease your anxiety, stress, and depression, incorporate practices like meditation or Pranayama (breathing exercises), especially Nadi Shodhana, for calming the mind. In diet, favor warm foods, avoid cold and heavy meals at night. Brahmi or Jatamansi can be considered for mental peace but should be suggested under supervision.

Inflammation in the gut calls for Ama (toxins) reduction. Triphala powder at bedtime or a decoction of fennel seeds post meals helps in reducing inflammation and restoring gut health.

While Ayurveda offers significant remedies, always align these suggestions with ongoing medical care and consider working with a local practitioner to tailor and monitor the treatments specific to your body and conditions.
