Tulsi is useful in viral infections and Respiratory problems. For skin and weight gain Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab. Neem 2-0-2 Tab. Manjistha 2-0-2 Shatavari kalp 15gms twice with milk Follow up after 4weeks.
