how to make henna darker - #40491
I am really struggling with getting a good henna stain lately. I’ve been trying to do this myself for a few weeks now because I love the way henna looks, but my last few tries have been kind of disappointing. Instead of the rich color I’m hoping for, I end up with these light orange stains that just fade away way too fast! I remember when I first started, I got it so dark and beautiful, but now I can’t seem to recall how to make henna darker like that again. Last time, I let the henna sit for hours and even wrapped it in plastic, but still, it was like the color didn't deepen as much as I wanted. How to make henna darker has been a serious issue for me, seriously! I’ve heard things like adding sugar or lemon juice can help, but also that other factors like the quality of henna and even the temperature where I let it dry matter. Is it true, and what do you recommend? Would different essential oils or something really change how to make henna darker? I wanna get that deep color back, and I'm willing to try anything! Any tips from you guys would be super appreciated! Also, does the design thickness matter too? Thanks, everyone!
