how to remove infection from body - #41653

Owen

I am really struggling with this ongoing issue and could use some help on how to remove infection from body. A few weeks ago, I noticed this strange rash on my skin, and I thought it would just go away, but it just kept getting worse. I’ve been itching and feeling really tired, and sometimes I get these weird chills like I'm sick. My doctor gave me some antibiotics, but I really prefer natural ways to heal, you know? I tried some herbal teas and even turmeric, thinking it might help but nothing seems to change. I’ve been looking into Ayurvedic solutions and wondering if anyone could suggest how to remove infection from body using natural remedies? Like are there specific herbs or diets that can support my body’s healing? I read somewhere about using garlic and ginger — should I really incorporate those more? Honestly, I just want to feel normal again and not have to rely on the antibiotics anymore. Plus, do I have to worry about it coming back? Any tips or advice on how to remove infection from body using Ayurveda would be amazing! Thanks in advance!

In Ayurveda, addressing an infection involves enhancing the body’s natural immunity (ojas) and balancing the doshas that might be exacerbated by the infection. It seems like you might be dealing with a Kapha or Pitta imbalance, which could explain the rash and chills. Here are some recommendations based on Ayurvedic principles:

First, focus on boosting your agni (digestive fire), as a strong agni is vital for health and immunity. Begin your day with a glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of ginger powder. This should be done on an empty stomach to kickstart digestion.

When it comes to diet, incorporate easily digestible foods. Opt for warm, cooked meals like kichadi — a mix of rice and mung dal with spices like cumin, coriander, and ginger. Avoid cold or raw foods which can be hard on digestion. Also, reduce intake of dairy, sugar, and processed foods, which can be immune-suppressive.

Herbs like Neem and Tulsi have potent antimicrobial properties. You can find these in capsule form or as teas. Drinking a Tulsi (holy basil) tea twice a day could be helpful. Turmeric is indeed a great choice; try a golden milk using turmeric with a pinch of black pepper in warm almond milk before bed, as it can help with skin issues and inflammation.

Regarding garlic and ginger; both can be useful due to their anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. Add fresh ginger slices to your meals or chew on a clove of garlic daily.

For the tiredness and chills, include Pranayama (breathing exercises) in your daily routine. Focus on Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) for 10 minutes, as this can help balance your energy and calm the mind.

Lastly, try to ensure good sleep patterns. Engage in a calming activity like reading or gentle yoga before bed, and avoid screens at least an hour before sleep.

Monitor your symptoms and if things don’t improve or worsen, reach back to your healthcare provide for further guidance. Consistency with these suggestions should ideally support your recovery process.
