I am really confused about something and hope someone can help! I recently, like just a week ago, found out I’m pregnant and I've been looking into what’s good to eat and what maybe isn't! I came across this idea that is gooseberry good for pregnancy, and I can't stop wondering about it. I remember my grandmother used to rave about gooseberries when I was a kid. She’d say how healthy they are and that they can work wonders for your body. But now that I’m in this situation, I wanna be super careful about what I’m putting in my body. Lately, I've been feeling a bit nausea and not much appetite. It’s tricky, ya know? I've read gooseberries are full of vitamins like C and some antioxidants, which sounds helpful during pregnancy, but I also keep hearing mixed stuff about berries and berries, you know? Like, some say they might cause allergies or something. Have any of you ever been told by docs or through personal experience if is gooseberry good for pregnancy?
