I am dealing with this annoying gastritis for the past few weeks, and it’s getting really frustrating! I’ve been hands-on doing research about what I should eat, what's good, and what to avoid, you know? I read somewhere that cucumber is good for gastritis, and it got me thinking cuz I’ve always liked cucumbers, even as a kid. But I also heard they can be a bit rough for some people with stomach issues. Here’s the thing: my stomach has been doing a weird thing where I feel bloated and kinda nauseous after meals. I try to stick to bland food but honestly, sometimes I just really want something fresh like cucumber slices. Are cucumbers actually good for gastritis?? I mean, I don’t want to make things worse! Also, should I eat ‘em raw, or would cooked cucumber be better? And like, would I get some benefits even if it seems okay? Kinda worrying that I might just be clinging to this idea without really knowing if cucumber is good for gastritis or not, you know? Thanks for any advice, really need some clarity on this!
