For external care, consider using natural face masks with ingredients such as honey, avocado, or aloe vera. These have hydrating properties. A paste made from sandalwood and rose water can be applied to forehead and smile lines—it’s cooling and can help in tightening skin.

Daily self-massage (Abhyanga) using warm sesame or almond oil can stimulate circulation and improve skin firmness. Focus on gentle upward strokes to counteract sagging.
