pate me kur kur, kante wali chumhan,milk,tea, mirch in chejo ke baad stool pass hone wale jgah me sujan aa jate hai per kuch ghante ke baad ktam ho jate hai, pate me khujli jaisa, skin me bhi kabhi kabhi, confusion, bhulna, neend ate smay panic wale jhante, concentation, pate me gas, bhokh shi lagte he, weakness, eyes me dard computer me 4,5 ghante baad, kuch read kerte smay kuch minute ke baad panic wale jhetke jiske wjay se concentation nhi ho pata hai, milk, meat, masala jaise chejo se pate krab ho jata hai, pate me pin jaise chubhan, weakness all time, dimag me concentation, purane chejon ko bhulna, aur winter me gle me dard hota hai, jaise sardi jukham ke time per gle me hota hai.

Aap jo itne saare symptoms feel kar rahe ho पेट में कँटें जैसी चुभन, kur-kur sound, गैस, दूध-मसाला खाने ke baad swelling in rectum, त्वचा में खुजली, डर के झटके, confusion, भूलना, concentration ना लगना, weakness, आँखों में दर्द, panic-like jolts, गले में दर्द ये सब ek ही problem ki तरफ point karte hain:

👉 Severe gut inflammation + high pitta + weak Vata digestion + stress-induced nerve sensitivity. Jab pitta बढ़ जाता है तो पेट irritated रहता है, मसाले और दूध से जलन होती है, rectum में सूजन आती है.

Jab Vata mind में बढ़ जाता है → panic jolts, concentration issues, forgetfulness, डर, नींद के समय झटके आते हैं. Stress इस cycle को 5 गुना बढ़ा देता है. यानी gut + nerves + stress triad → यह तीनों एक-दूसरे को खराब कर रहे हैं. इसीलिए आपका शरीर पूरे सिस्टम में परेशानी दिखा रहा है. Good news: यह सब treatable है with the correct sequence — पहले Amapachana, फिर Agni सुधारना, फिर gut healing, फिर nerves support. आपको बस proper, सही combination चाहिए.

⭐ Internal Medicines (start with Amapachana first)

1. Amapachana (FIRST 7 DAYS) Amapachana Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals for 7 days. 2. After Day 8 (for 6–8 weeks) Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp after lunch & dinner with warm water. Kutaj Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food. Saraswata Churna – 1 teaspoon at night with warm water. Manjishta Ghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily. Brahmi Vati (plain) – 1 tablet at bedtime.

⭐ External Home Care हल्का गर्म पानी से पेट पर compress daily 10–12 minutes. गले पर warm salt-water gargles रोज रात. आँखों के लिए: Triphala water wash 2–3 times/week.

Sleep before 11 pm Long screen time without breaks should be avoided 10 minutes daily breathing: Anulom Vilom + Sheetali 20–30 minutes walk daily

Apke symptoms ko dekhte huye, yeh lagta hai ki vata aur pitta dosha ka imbalance ho sakta hai. Pehlay aapka pachaak agni, digestive system ko sudharne aur vata-pitta ko santulit karna zaroori hai. Gas aur acidity kahtm karne ke liye chyawanprash, ushna aur sugandhimay hai, rozet ankar uski ek chambch le sakte hai.

Peete roz subah ko garam pani ke sath triphala churna len. Yeh digestion improve karega aur bowel movement ko enhance krega. Milk aur masaledar khane se abhi doori banaye, aur sabji aur phal jaise simaple meal prefrer karein. Din mein adrak aur mulethi wala chai pi sakte hai neend aur panic issue ko help karne mein. Avoid karne wale cheezon mein adrak, garlic, green leafy vegetable tarake badiyat hain.

Pani adikmatra mein peeya kare, lekin bhar dooklar se thoda hi. Mukhya bhoje khatam hone ke baad adha ghante ke liye rest le, aur uske baad halki stroll. Jo issues aapke dimag se related hain, unke liye breathing exercises, jise pranayama kehte hain, daily try karein. Yeh anxiety aur concentration mein madad karega.

Computer ya koi screen 45 minutes ke baad aankhein rest de, aur aankhon ko wash karke sandalwood paste lagai. Vata-pitta balanc ka amal, chamomile aur lavender tea bana sakete ho, raat ko soone se pehle.

Ye remedies dincharya ka hissa bana le; agar symptoms mein improvement na ho to vaidya se samprakk karein. Winter mein gale dard ke liye, mustard oil se sek pure galey par laga sakte hai. Dhyan rakhein, ki agar severe pain ya sudden worsening ho toh doctor ki slah lena avashyak hai.
