Additionally, sesame seeds, particularly black sesame, can be beneficial. Consider consuming a tablespoon of black sesame seeds daily.

Practicing Brahmi or Bhringraj oil head massage once or twice a week can help nourish the scalp—apply the oil slightly warmed, gently massaging into the scalp before bed, and washing it out in the morning.

Stress contributes significantly to Pitta imbalances, practice yoga and pranayama regularly to manage stress levels. Techniques such as sheetali or sheetkari pranayama can be particularly cooling and calming.
