Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab.Protekt 2-0-2 Sy Amypure 15ml twice Purodil gel for local application. Follow up after 2 weeks.

Hello, The following along with diet correction will help you address the issue: Medicines: 1. Stomatab capsules(sagar) 2-----2----2 for 10 days. 2. Sapthachadadi gandoosha kashayam(vaidyaratnam) for gargling two times a day For 10 days. After completing 10 days ciurse above medications start with the following and continue for 90 days: 1. Raktashodhaka syrup(swadeshi) 20ml-----0----20ml after breakfast and dinner by adding 20 ml of boiled cooled water 2. Thiktamrit capsules 2------0-----2 along with medicine no.1

Diet: 1. Avoid deep fries, out side food, processed food, refrigerated food completely. 2. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day. 3. Include good amount of fruits, vegetables in your diet.
