Avoid oily , spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab.Garcini 2-0-2 Before meal Tab.Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
First regularise your meal time. 9 inch plate method can be preferred for weight loss. Less carb, more veggies and proteins in every meal. 1/2 part veggies☘️ 1/4 part protein and 1/4 part carb contents.
