Why Do i have bloating issue throughout the day.so am not able to lose weight.whays the Solution. Gas sound in stomach Sometimesconstipation

First regularise your meal time. 9 inch plate method can be preferred for weight loss. Less carb, more veggies and proteins in every meal. 1/2 part veggies☘️ 1/4 part protein and 1/4 part carb contents.

Slow eating chew the food . Always take enough water. You can sip warm water after meal. Gentle walking can be done after a meal.

Do pavanamuktasana, cobra pose.

If still bloating and constipation issue, 1. Hinguvachadi choornam 1/2 tsp with warm water after food twice a day. 2. Dhanwantaram gulika 2-0-2 after food. 3. Avipathy choornam 1/2 tsp with warm water at night or early morning.
