How can I improve my skin glow and blood purification safely? - #48267

Hello Doctor, I am 16 years old and I want to improve my skin glow and complexion in a safe way. I also want to support general blood purification/internal cleansing according to Ayurveda. Currently, my routine is: I eat normal home meals, fruits, and drink water regularly. I do not have any major health issues or chronic diseases. I do not take any other medicines regularly. I am interested in knowing if it is safe for my age to use: Triphala tablets SLADC Nelli Rasakinda Herbal Tea Any other Ayurvedic herbs or natural remedies that support skin glow and internal balance Please advise: Whether these are safe for my age. The recommended dosage or frequency. Any precautions I should follow. Thank you very much for your guidance. Kind regards, Trisha

Sarivadhyasavam 5ml with 10 ml of water twice a day after food
