How can I achieve a glowing skin tone naturally? - #48328

Hello, I am 17 years old and want to know if there are any Ayurvedic syrups or medicines that can help achieve a bright, glowing Indian skin tone for the whole body, similar to Indian actresses. Are there any special formulations or secrets you can suggest that are safe for my age? Thank you.

Hi, You can start doing Facial massage everyday with Kumkumadi taila (provided you don’t have any skin issues such as acne) - leave it on for 15-20mins or overnight.
Full body Abhyanga (massage) with Nalpamaradi taila - Abhyanga before bath is advised as a part of everyday routine. If you are not able to do it everyday atleast start on weekends - and then minimum 3-4 days a week.
Nasya - Nasal drops with Anutaila. Instil 2 drops of Anutaila in each nostril, warm it before you use. Remember to always do it on empty stomach.
After Abhyanga, you can set a routine to include excercise/yoga.
Maintain a Healthy diet.
These practises are safe for your age, doing it consistently will definitely help you achieve and maintain a glowing skin in the long run.
