Concerns about Prostatitis Symptoms - #48373

I have been experiencing symptoms that make me worried about prostatitis, such as discomfort or pain in the pelvic area, a feeling of pressure, frequent urination, and occasional burning sensations. Sometimes the symptoms get worse after sitting for a long time or after stress. I’m not sure if this is prostatitis or something else. What could be causing these symptoms, and what steps should I take for proper diagnosis and treatment?

Hello Ayrvedic Prescription (4–8 Weeks)

1) Internal Medicines (Oral)

A) For prostate inflammation + urinary burning

Chandraprabha Vati

Dose: 2 tablets twice daily

Timing: After meals

Duration: 6–8 weeks

✅ Best classical medicine for urinary disorders + pelvic congestion

B) For burning urination, UTI-like symptoms

Gokshuradi Guggulu

Dose: 2 tablets twice daily

After meals

Duration: 4–6 weeks

✅ Reduces frequency, burning, supports prostate/urinary tract

C) Cooling + anti-inflammatory urinary tonic

Varunadi Kashayam (or Punarnavadi Kashayam if swelling/retention)

Dose: 15 ml + equal warm water

Timing: Before breakfast & before dinner

Duration: 4–6 weeks

✅ Prostate support + urinary channel cleansing

D) For pain/discomfort in pelvic area

Yograj Guggulu
