I get a burning and tingling sensation in my scalp and my hair starts to shed a lot. This happens especially at night

Burning + tingling scalp with hair fall is usually due to scalp nerve irritation, stress, dandruff/fungal infection, or vitamin deficiency.
Avoid oil at night (oil can increase burning) Wash scalp 2–3 times/week with a mild shampoo Do not scratch Manage stress and sleep well Check these (important) Vitamin B12 Vitamin D Iron (especially if hair fall is heavy) Thyroid (TSH) Night relief Apply aloe vera gel or coconut water on scalp (cooling) Cold water rinse before bed
