2 tbsp Amla powder 1 tbsp Brahmi powder 1 tbsp Bhringraj powder 1 tbsp Hibiscus powder (or fresh petals) 1–2 tbsp Fenugreek powder 2–3 tbsp Aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought) 2–3 tbsp coconut oil / sesame oil / almond oil (choose based on hair type) Warm water or milk (enough to make a paste)
Instructions Mix powders: Combine all the dry herbs in a bowl. Add liquids: Slowly add aloe vera gel and warm water/milk to make a smooth, spreadable paste. Add oil: Mix in your chosen oil for deep nourishment. Apply to hair: Part your hair and apply the paste from scalp to tips. Massage gently into the scalp.
Rest: Cover your hair with a shower cap or warm towel and leave for 30–60 minutes.
Rinse: Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water. You can use a mild herbal shampoo if needed.
