Ayurveda me isko nourish, oiling aur grounding se theek kiya jata hai. - Diagnosis Vata-dominant skin Rasa & Mamsa dhatu kshaya - Rx 1)Ashwagandha Churna 👉 1/2 tsp + garam doodh Raat ko sone se pehle 2)Shatavari Churna 👉 1/2 tsp + doodh Subah khaali pet 3)Amla Churna 👉 1/2 tsp + shahad Subah nashta se pehle 4)Chyawanprash (Vata-friendly) 👉 1 tsp Subah garam doodh ke saath - External Application Kumkumadi Tailam 👉 Raat ko 5–7 min halka massage 👉 Lukewarm face par (Agar available na ho to Badam tel + 2 drops ghee mix) 🥗 Pathya (Diet Advice) ✔ Garam doodh ✔ Desi ghee (thoda sa daily) ✔ Khajoor, soaked badam ✔ Garam, soft food ❌ Cold drinks ❌ Dry & junk food ❌ Zyada fasting 🧘♀️ Vihara (Lifestyle) Daily face oil massage Face yoga – 10 min Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) Stress avoid karein - Duration 6–8 weeks Follow-up after 30 days
