Prescription: 1. For Dark Circles / Bright Skin Kumkumadi Tailam: 2–3 drops under eyes at night Manjishtha Churna: 1–2 gm with milk at night 2. Topical Packs (15–20 min) Cucumber + Potato under eyes Turmeric + Milk on face (avoid eyes) 3. For Dandruff Neem + Shikakai paste on scalp, 30–45 min Coconut oil + few drops lemon, weekly Triphala/Neem shampoo 2–3×/week Lifestyle / Diet: Avoid spicy/oily foods, drink warm water, sleep well Follow-up: 3–4 weeks
