Hlo, Dx (Ayurvedic): Vyanga / Mukhadushika (Pitta-Kapha dushti, Rakta dushti) Internal Medicines Mahamanjishthadi Kwath – 15 ml + equal water ➝ BD before food Khadirarishta – 20 ml + equal water ➝ BD after food Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab ➝ BD after food ⏱️ Duration: 6–8 weeks External Application Kumkumadi Tailam – apply 2–3 drops ➝ Gentle massage at night, wash in morning Yashtimadhu + Chandan powder (1:1) with rose water ➝ Apply pack 3 times/week, wash after 15 min For Dark Circles Triphala Churna – ½ tsp with warm water ➝ At bedtime Pathya (Do’s) ✔️ Use natural sunscreen / umbrella ✔️ Drink plenty of water ✔️ Eat fruits, green vegetables Apathya (Avoid) ❌ Sun exposure without protection ❌ Spicy, fried, oily food ❌ Late nights, stress ❌ Chemical cosmetics ⚠️ Note: Pigmentation improves slowly in Ayurveda — visible changes usually start after 4–6 weeks with regular use. Use sunscreen when go outside in sun, strictly avoid sunexposure . Apply sunscreen also in indoors .
