Seeking Advice on Face Pigmentation Treatment - #49269

Hello, I'm 38 year old male. I have a pigmentation on my face and dark spot too. I stopped all kind of face wash and start too wash my face with milk and gran flour. Also taking Mahamanjistadhi kadha. But, Is it enough? My friend suggest to take Kadhiraristha kadha and Mahamanjistadhi kadha combined. Is it safe and right medication for my issue?

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

Milk + gram flour: OK 2–3×/week, not daily (can worsen oily/acne skin)
Mahamanjistadhi Kadha: ✔️ OK to continue
Mahamanjistadhi + Kadhiraristha together: ❌ Not advised without a doctor (can cause acidity, acne flare)
According to your description
-Dx: Vyanga (facial pigmentation)
- Rx:
Mahamanjistadhi Kwatha – 15 ml + equal water, BD after food × 8 weeks
Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab OD after lunch × 6 weeks
Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp HS with warm water × 4 weeks
External:
Kumkumadi Taila – 2 drops night application
- Advice:
Sunscreen daily
Avoid spicy/fried food, stress
No scrubbing
Follow-up: 4 weeks
